The campus is based in the city centre, near to shops and public transport. Also the uni is easy to navigate as it's not too big. The teaching is quite good especially STEM subjects and they have a really involved careers centre. They host loads of workshops throughout the term to improve employability and they have there own jobs search site. I would say aston careers centre is its biggest asset

Lecturers for the most part are easy to contact, obviously depends on the lecturer but I have had very little issue in contacting someone on ny course for help. They also have additional facilities like the library has a maths centre for anyone in STEM to get additional help outside their course.

I feel Aston have better facilities than other like more placements and internship opportunities and more help if asked from lectures, the location makes is a advantage for more people to attend regularly but I would like to ask if we can have more pretty study space because in the break or afternoon time, study spaces are packed

We have online lectures on Monday and tutorials are on 3-4 day of the week and some modules have there content record and sometimes in video form to make is more helpful for students to revise when something doesn't make sense. Conure contact hours are around 20-25 hours depending on the semester and if something that student doesn't understand we email the lecture and plan on what time , we can come to there office to have one to one.
