The HR department teachers made this uni amazing, they have supported me hands on for the past two final years at this uni.

I have been at university of west London since 2019 and completed my second and third year. because of the pandemic it was blended learning. in class and online. My course Tutor's were absolutely amazing whilst i was studying there. they were always available for me even if its on the Weekend. They always made sure I was meeting deadlines, there for round the clock support and always a helping hand. No matter what hours the tutor always helped us through difficult times and provided support. Special thanks to my teacher and tutor. Tutors helped me through my dissertation. I would recommend anyone that is wants to do a HR course to go to this uni. Simply because of the support you get which is second to none

I really like my university campus. I'm located at Ealing and although it isn't finished yet the classroom sizes and layouts are very good. The teachers are all very nice and welcoming. My course has no exams so I like the fact that we have a personal tutor to support us with any problems including personal ones that affect our work. I really like the location of the university. I'm from south East London and I've never really been to the west part but I like how the uni is a 10/15 minute walk from Ealing Broadway which is really helpful when you need last minute supplies. The only negative I have is that the library isn't on site but it's at Ealing Broadway although in the process of being moved and not too far it is a slight inconvenience.

We have a book shop which every student gets £100 for a year and allows you to apply for extra support if your home earns under a certain wage. I like how we just clock in to the machine in the back/front of the classroom. We have free WiFi all around the university

We all have a personal tutor but even if we didn't our lecturers are all supportive and understanding of circumstances. We also have the administration for our department who deals with problems.

I haven't interacted with them much but they provide nice facilities such as the gym and the bar. Having course reps is really helpful in getting our opinions across.

Being in London the city life is one that I'm already familiar with being mainly central London. They also have some clubs in Kingston I've never been to Hut 65 is a night bus which carries you straight from Ealing there and back.

There are many clubs and societies but being first year and commuting I haven't signed up to any. Next year I hope to sign up to pilates, dance and musical theatre.

I love my course. For first year is very in depth into events management, the history of it, how skills in university relate to the role and actual case study work. I feel it's good that it's course work based as exams wouldn't be of much benefit regarding the course. I also think it's amazing how the course had an foundation degree option allowing those with lower grades the opportunity to study and still leave with a baccalaureate degree if they complete their work well enough. The lectures are nice but I think as with any university the teaching styles of some lecturers lack a certain amount of engagement.

The university said 95% of students find work within six months of graduation which is amazing and promising for our futures.

Student Halls, each person has their own shower and toilet which they don't have to share which is good. We also have student village which is loads of homes nearby the university they rent out to us. Both options are great for a London based university. We also have the free student bus which drives to Halls which is part of the Brentford campus, the Ealing campus, Ealing Broadway and student village which is very convenient.
