Good student experience, some excellent staff members, good location. Support for dissertation needs to improve and could be more international student friendly.

Location was the only good thing about Upper Quay House. The management team was racist and incredibly difficult to get a response from. The team should be trained on how to respond to queries to student's where the student doesn't feel singled out.

The University has 4 campuses where one is placed in Gloucester. Uni provides us with plenty of opportunities, being a students ambassador, working for Students Union, joining a high variety of Sports clubs and societies. There is a 24h IT room open on each campus, so if you have an assignment you can spend there as much time as you need and when you finish have access to print your work if you have to. This year uni have introduced an online system where you can upload your assignments which is grat as it saves you money for printing but what's most important saves the planet not needing to print paper work.

We have got access to hundreds of computers including high quality and very fast Macs. We can also print on many laser printers as well as print in sizes A2 A1 and A0.

We have a facility called Helpzone where a stuednt can go with any issues - looking for a shared house, money issues, problem with your loan or even finding a bike.

There is a lot going on in Cheltenham and Gloucester despite they're not big cities.

There is an official students night on Wednesday when everyone heads down to MooMoo.
