Right in the City Centre it's a really convenient spot to be in, Societies are fun and engaging, facilities tend to work really well other than eduroam Internet being a little slow but that is the case everywhere

All in person, good hours. Not much time given to speak directly to tutors but more than enough time is given for lab content. It feels like there should be more time given for lectures though as explanation is sacrificed to finish the lecture on time- leading it to be an hour of having information read off a powerpoint

It's in a great location in terms of convenience getting to places, however due to this being next to a main road it can be very loud even late into the night due to my room facing the outside of the building- even on the 4th floor.

I think DMU is an excellent uni, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will be sad to leave! The opportunities available throughout your studies is great, it is defiantly going to enhance my CV and help me get a job!

The facilities are great, the 24hr library is amazing and it's surprising how long you can manage to stay in there. There's loads of computers and software available for my course, and are even available from home.

I found out I was dislexic and have managed to get lots of support from the uni. With finding a placement there has been loads of support with helping with CVs and applications. The library also helped me to write my essays better in order to get better grades.

I love the union, you can't miss a Wednesday night out! Loads of dress ups and loads of big events, including the winter ball.

The uni is a 5 minute walk from the city centre. There is loads of high street shops including a few poundlands for us students. There is about 10 clubs in the city which all play different music and there is a night out everyday of the week.

I have joined rowing and swimming while I have been at uni. I have loved the experience and the family you get from it. I have competed in varsitys and other competions, it is defiantly the best thing about uni life.

I love my course, I like the lecture/independent study balance. It has helped me develop over the years to become a more effective learner.

DMU has excellent links in industry and I had excellent help to help me get a placement year. This will really help me to get a job in the future, the support is always there.

There is 1000s of rooms literally on campus, I have lived on campus of within minutes walk my whole duration at uni.
