I’m studying Business Management at the University of Sunderland in London, and it’s been a pretty good experience overall. The course is straightforward, the lecturers are supportive, and it’s a decent place to study if you like smaller, more personal classes. The community is friendly and diverse, and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable on campus. The facilities aren’t huge, but they’ve got everything you need—study areas, computer rooms, and helpful student support. Being in London is a bonus too, with great transport links and plenty around the area. It’s not the flashiest uni, but it’s practical, welcoming, and works well for someone focused on getting their degree.

The best thing about my Business Management course is how supportive and approachable the lecturers are. Even though the classes aren’t huge, that actually works in our favour—it’s easier to ask questions, get feedback, and actually understand what’s going on. The mix of in-class teaching with some online resources makes it pretty flexible too, so it’s manageable even when things get busy. The downside is that sometimes the schedule can feel a bit spaced out or uneven. There are weeks where it feels like there’s not much contact time, and then suddenly everything comes at once with assignments. A bit more consistency in the timetable would be nice. Also, because the campus isn’t massive, there aren’t tons of extra facilities, but it’s still workable.
