I love the city of Plymouth as there is a real student vibe to the area. It is big enough to be a city, yet you will walk through town and still see people you know. Being by the sea is ideal in the summer, you can go to the the Hoe and have a bbq and if feeling brave enough have a dip in the sea! I am on a Business Studies course and currently in my 3rd year on placement. The lecturers are brilliant, forever helpful and you can always catch them on email if you have any coursework questions. The student jobs team were incredible when trying to find a placement, they helped with my CV and covering letters and helped me with interviewing techniques by sitting down with me to do mock interviews. The student union really is the hub of the university, there is always so much going on and they offer so much help and support.

Struggled when it was the adjustment year after covid when it was half online half in person but its great now its all on campus
