Great. I loved when my personal tutor on a very first lecture said "Guys you've got to study hard so you can party even harder!"....

Great. I loved when my personal tutor on a very first lecture said "Guys you've got to study hard so you can party even harder!". It was so true and I've just keep that in my mind all the time :D

Facilities

How good are your university's facilities?

Excellent!! Very innovative, technological, well equipped

Student support

How good is the support offered by the uni? Think both academic (tutors/feedback) and personal (counselling, etc).

I'm really happy with academic support, however I cannot comment on personal stuff as I have never had an issue with it

Students' union

What do you think of your Students' Union in terms of student representation and facilities?

Love it! The best part of uni! In all possible ways

Local life

Is your university in a good location in terms of distance to accommodation and local amenities?

Cool, the nightlife in Newcastle is freakin Amazing! (Sorry for my french)

Societies and Sports

How would you rate the variety of societies/sports?

It can suit any taste - starting with nerdy guys up to party souls

Lecturers and teaching quality

What do you like most and least about the way your course(s) are taught?

Most- I just love going to the lectures and seminar, the tutors are really amazing, innovative, friendly, motivating. What I am not that particular keen is that sometimes seminars are a bit pointless, but that's just referring to one particular module.

How does your uni make efforts to increase your employability (careers department, work placements, transferable skills)?

careers department/work placements/studies abroad/ many uni based activities, which helps to build up cv, loads of volunteering activities, providing part time job within uni as well as helping to find a part time job. Basically providing any help we could wish for. We just need to want to become employable.
