Overall, I am very pleased and satisfied with my chosen university. I love my course and I love the people over here. Lecturers are very friendly and take great passion and time when teaching us the course. At first I was worried about how lecturers would be, thinking it means that you cannot speak and have to make sure you're a fast writer because the lecturer wouldn't repeat what he said, then I got to know that it isn't entirely true - first of all, the lecturers record their lectures as well as they allow you to record whilst they are teaching. And the one thing they would love the most is, for you to get involved and ask as many questions as you like, as they wouldn't want anybody to fall behind - if you do not understand something do not hesitate to ask, this may seem like it is easier said than done because of the amount of people in the lectures but believe me it is much better than pretending you understand everything and then get stuck in an assignment. Another thing, in most cases lecturers have an Anonymous page where you could ask questions and either the lecturer or a student that knows about it would write a reply and help out which is also very great.

In general I am very pleased with my university choice and happy I am studying in Kent University, the city life is great, also we have a club on campus "The Venue" which is also very useful since it is on campus and saves money on travel if you are a first year student, however when it comes to buying groceries from the shops on campus (essentials) I can not exactly say that I am happy with the pricing - the things are too expensive and when you for instance want to get cash back in return sometimes they change what the minimum price can be which is also very frustrating. In addition, the cash machines do not always work - it wouldn't harm to have reliable machinery.
