Overall my experience so far has been positive. The university has been very helpful and welcomed any questions and feedback to try an improve. at the start of the academic year, it was a rough start, and confusing to use some sites/sections. However, this was obviously more so due to quickly adapting to covid. Some problems with communication and assignments/assessments, the only reason the university wouldn’t be value for money is due to remote-learning, which was unavoidable .

Only slightly lower due no not really seeing many facilities yet due to covid. Planning around booking study space seemed well put together.

Continuous mention of help available and clear indication of where to find it. Couldn’t comment on the effectiveness of the services myself.

The teaching resources made available so far have been of good quality, tutor cuts are always helpful/informative

The best aspects of my university life are the many campus opportunities such as volunteering, focus groups and part-time campus jobs, the diversity and inclusion of the students and staff, and the historical buildings on campus. The parts of my university that could be improved are the availability to rent badminton courts and a wider range of eats and drinks on campus

I enjoyed the mixture of modules and my placement year very much however, there were not many opportunities to network with lecturers and tutors which felt cold at times.

I enjoyed living nearest to campus with the many shops close by however, there were multiple cases of mold and dampness in the 2 years I stayed at this accommodation and the facilities were a bit old and wearing away.
