The social life here is probably my favourite part as it’s always so fun to meet new people and go out.

My accommodation is very nice and almost worth the money but I feel like for the price some of the rooms could be a bit bigger

Nottingham Trent University is a great place to study, with modern facilities, supportive staff, and a strong focus on employability. The campuses are well-equipped, and the Students’ Union keeps student life lively and inclusive. Nottingham is also an affordable and fun city to live in. However, course organisation and communication can sometimes be inconsistent, and accommodation near campus can be pricey. Overall, it’s a vibrant and career-focused university with just a few areas for improvement.

The best part of my course is how engaging and practical the teaching is. Lecturers are supportive and approachable, and the mix of in-class learning with hands-on projects makes the content easy to apply in real life. There’s also plenty of access to resources and support when needed. However, the course could be better organised — sometimes communication about deadlines or timetable changes isn’t very clear, and feedback on assignments can take a while to come through. Overall, it’s a well-taught and interesting course, but a bit more consistency and clearer communication would make it even better.
