Best would be the amazing facilities, great location situated close to London and on many train lines, good support services and a friendly atmosphere. Improvements would be a more united approach to teaching and learning and more chances for fostering a respectful relationship between staff and students. Some staff can seem quite dismissive and condescending when sharing feedback.

Great facilities and options in terms of teaching and learning styles. Lots of contact time and the majority staff are attentive. There are select few staff who read off the slide and their lectures are not very engaging, but mostly lectures are interesting and thought-provoking.

Lots of entertainment, places to walk and a good balance between university students and general public so it doesn’t feel like too much of a ‘bubble’. The bus service is very unreliable and the routes are limited. I’ve always felt safe walking around at night.

Security are very responsive and mostly supportive. The rooms I’ve stayed in are clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The location is convenient for the sports park and Tesco. It is a bit of a walk from campus but it can be nice to have a bit of separation from the place of study.
