Best - Online facilities (using blackboard for course resources, etc), the library at Kedleston road campus, the support through wellbeing, and the student accommodation. Worst - Support with studying from some lecturers could be better, more support for mental health and finance.

Best - the facilities available for the sciences, the practical/lab work and field work offered. Worst - communication with lecturers is often very delayed and not always the most helpful.

Most - the location, the facilities, the rooms and ensuites, the people I live with and the management. Least - the amount of money that we have to pay to live in halls in comparison to living in private accommodation/a student house.

The University of Derby is a great University that makes sure that the students are cared for both pastorally and educationally. The education with the personal touch is evident and I would recommend this university in a heartbeat.
