The best!

I’ve really loved my experience at Queen’s so far. The support I’ve received has been excellent, especially as someone with mobility challenges, and it has genuinely made a positive difference in my day-to-day experience. My supervisor has been fantastic, offering guidance, encouragement, and a really supportive environment to grow in. I’ve also found the training provided by the Graduate School to be phenomenal—well structured, engaging, and extremely useful for developing both academic and professional skills. The only area where I feel there’s room for improvement is parking; it can be quite difficult to access, and providing designated parking options for those with mobility issues would be incredibly beneficial.

The skills being taught throughout the programme have been genuinely excellent, and I’ve really appreciated how engaging and passionate the lecturers are—this enthusiasm translates directly into the quality of their teaching and makes the learning experience far more enjoyable and impactful. The content has been valuable and well delivered, and it has helped build a strong foundation for my development as a researcher. That said, I do wish there was a little more flexibility around class scheduling, as this would make it easier to balance different commitments. Additionally, having a greater number of sessions available would provide even more opportunities to deepen these skills and continue growing as a researcher.
