I just love it. NTU wasn't originally my Uni of choice, but I dont regret ending up here whatsoever. I was pleasently surprised with this uni and I really think it was the best thing that couldve happened to me.

The facilities are incredible. There are constant improvements being made. Just this year they opened an entirely new high tech laboratory and a new building for engineering is already on its way too.

I think they contribute to the Uni a lot. They are in charge of all the societies and sports clubs, they organize a variety of events for students and offer something for everybody to improve our experience at Uni, and what I think they help best with is the social life of students. Without all the societies and clubs and events, it would be much harder to connect to people of similar interests.

The city life is wide awake and there is something going on every day of the week, depending on your tastes. You cannot get bored in the centre of Nottingham. And if you live further away from the centre theres regular transport and depending on the area the last buses usually go between midnight and 3am. Trams also run often.

There is a huge range of choice. The Uni page and Trentstudent.org have the list of all available societies and clubs. And if something you like is not available, setting up your own society is fairly easy.

I enjoy all of it, and as course rep I am well introduced to the amount of effort put into improving the courses. The only thing I would like is if there were extra possibilities and offers for exceptional student to accelerate their careers.

We have an employability team offering service every day of the working week that can help with finding placements, reviewing your CVs, and theres multiple workshops for writing CVs/cover letters, applying to jobs, or 1-2-1 interview simulations, etc. Theres also multuple schemes to get involved with to strengthen your CV or diploma, such as Acceler8, Institute of Directors, the Hive that can even help you start your own business... NTU has a vast range of offers students are free to use to uncrease their employability.

It has very good facilities and laboratories in which I have been able to gain and improve my skills during these years of studies.

All the content and the course in general are very good!
