First year was a bit of a shock to me as university is so different to school so it took me time to adjust to working on my own and finding resources etc, but this year I have found everything much more manageable, Glasgow has a great set of resources to help with this

both of the unions at glasgow are excellent there are always events on, i personally do not attend often because i live at home and would either have to get the last train or a taxi alone which would be a to of money.

Good!! I still believe the university could improve some aspects such as more lecture hours, advertise more careers for art student and guidance for the future. Give more economic help!!

I think pretty well. Lectures are very informative and we have some a bit more practical too. I think we could do better with more lecture and seminar hours per semester.

They teach topic of what they are specialised and/or are interested in. So they really know what they are talking about.

I think they do a good job, they are very active and enthusiastic of what they do. I am not involved because I don't have time, I study and work in the evenings.

It's a three bedroom flat. I rent one of the rooms. It's very close to uni like 5 - 10 min walking. It has a good size but it's cold and old.

Pretty good I think. Although we may need some more lecture space. And computers.

Very friendly people. There is everything here for any type of people I guess. Gigs, sport and cultural events are always present in Glasgow. However it rains too much!!

There are so many societies that you really have place to choose and try as much as you want. I have only been involved in one though but it's mainly for my lack of free time or sometimes their meeting times don't fit mine.

I have been helped quite a lot since my first year by my college, student support team and international team. Also the student union SRC team guided me a couple of times. So I think they are definitely very helpful and supportive.
