There is a great amount of support and help whenever you need it whether it's help with the work or with mental health. Many gave me support when I was going through a hard time from my lecturers to staff around the university who didn't fully know me. Everyone was amazing. The worst aspect would have been in my first year and everything was online it took longer than usual to fully grasp and understand the software as we were not there to fully see and understand what was being done. However when asked about it, the work was explained in great detail with many pieces of advice on how to use the software

Having fully online lectures was convenient for everyone and it was much easier to have 1-to-1 meetings with the lecturers. Blended learning was a little difficult to juggle as we would only have a small amount of time to get from face to face learning to going back home for the online lectures and it also cut out any potential time to be able to do work. Face to face learning is probably the best though as we can interact with classmates and lectures much better and we can also talk to students from other disciplines for an outside opinion about our work.

The halls are absolutely brilliant. I have a room in the same area with my friends. The facilities are easy to use, but I did have to learn how to use an electric cooker as I'm used to a gas cooker. I understand why it's an electric cooker as there is a less likely chance for a fire. The university halls are extremely close to campus only about a 5 minute walk and its also close to the main shopping center and many supermarkets. As well as a train station. One of the best things about the university accommodation placement is that we are right next to Wrexham Football Stadium. Others may become annoyed at this but hearing the fans cheer so loudly for their team is absolutely amazing. It's absolutely amazing here.

Good location, close to everything and Wrexham is a nice city to be in. Campus itself is okay, some of the facilities could be better. Lots of staff absences which caused students including myself to be behind or left confused with the work as other tutors didn't know the modules very well. While looking round on open day they said we can use any facility we like while studying no matter the course. I tried asking about using the pottery studio and got told I'd need to pay if I wanted to use it, others I know tried similar and got told they couldn't use it either. During open day we also got told we got our own studio space, and first year we found out we didn't and they had stopped that now. Misleading information at open day.
