I really love the Francis Close Hall Campus. It's so lovely, and the classrooms are so beautiful it doesn't feel like we're in one. It's like a castle. The teachers and tutors are always ready to help. The Hardwick Hall Accommodation is close to the University which is very convenient. And everyone is very helpful and kind. The international Team is the best. They always have such fun activities organised, such as going for field trips, cooking together and playing games. I really am enjoying my time at the University.

My course is taught in class. Our contact hours are always interesting, we can discuss our difficulties with our tutor and teachers who always make sure to support us and guide us. They are also ready to help us anytime in the week, even though we don't have classes everyday. I'm so happy to have chose this University and this subject as everyone is so kind and helpful and it feels like I'm part of a big family!

I think that the halls are a good value for money. I feel so safe, the room is spacious and has such a lovely view. It's literally a six minutes walk from my campus and all my hall mates are friendly and we get along so well. The management is always checking in on us and they're always there to help.

Best part is the lecturers, always helpful and they know their course well. Worst part is probably the cost of food in the refectory and inconsistency of deals and prices. Also the men's toilet flushers are terrible, they either go off when you are still sitting or don't go off at all.

Over sensitive fire alarms, thin walls, fire drills kept waking me up early, they let a TV licence agent threaten me. When my mattress was messing with my back they sent me a new one pretty fast. Because its on the campus I was rarely late.
