when moving to Uni I was really nervous but it all grew on me. I really enjoy the quiet life and due to my course it allows me to get into a routine that I can love and appreciate. All my teacher definitely push to having a chill and creative environment, but also if I have any issues or problems I do feel comfortable expressing any concern. looking at where my dorm is location wise I love it because I'm close to all building that have my classes and close to all shops so I can get my daily shopping for a great price. The issues that I still struggle with since moving here is friends due to my course I normally spend a lot of time on my own drawing (not even necessarily to do with work for my course but simple because I enjoy it and want to get better),due to this and switching to this course on the first week of Uni I don't have many friends. I have tried to go to more social activities but to be honest I feel a little guilt because i tell myself there is work I could be doing instead. I still do have all intention to make friends in Uni and still push my self to events.

when it comes to my course I really love it and can look back on lessons and be happy I was there, the equipment and software is fun to use when you start to have an understanding of how it all works. My teachers are really nice like I had stated before and when it comes to work in the lecture and classrooms it is all doable. The problem I can suffer from when being in this course is work load there is a lot to do but I really try my best to stick to a schedule or do as much work in the moment to lead me with less stress in the future. When I had first started this course it was the first time being in such a creative environment because I had come from STEM subjects. Being surrounded by people who could draw so well was intimidating at times and made me feel lack luster at the end of the first semester but I really want to improve my art overall so I decided to push through and here I am in my second semester

My room is on the small end but I really enjoy it that way because allows me to keep it cleaner for longer and less mess to handle when it does get messy at times. For its yearly rate its great and I see no problem with and has never seemed to out of price. When it comes to daily chores such as washing clothes all facilities are places in areas that are never too much of a hassle for me to get to. The staff in the hall are really friendly and have never made me feel rushed or annoying for asking simple questions about things around the hall. The only thing I could say is really annoying about my room is that it is on bottom floor right next to the block entrance so late at night I hear people come and go which can wake me up.
