The Grand Parade campus is situated in a convenient location and has great facilities for all courses. St Peters Library is also nearby which is handy. Everyone gets on with a strong sense of belonging. I have never had to use their services but student support seem very approachable also. More societies for the Grand Parade campus would be great as most are at Falmer/Moulsecoomb campuses.

Most teaching is in person with the exception being for some talks/lectures. I feel you get sufficient contact time with tutors with having a tutorial every one or two weeks. Professional development talks are handy, gaining insight for careers/postgraduate degrees after graduating. I feel a weakness of the course is there is no opportunity for work placements/internships/year abroad which would be useful for after graduating also.

Ideal location. All rooms have sufficient desk space/drawers/wardrobe with en-suites. Communal kitchens, not a great deal of fridge/freezer space. Also not enough chairs for 8 people. More expensive than a lot of house shares.

The classes offered such as Book Art and Print Marking are interesting, the electives cover a range of subjects that expose me to music and other areas, and there are career orientated lectures available from time to time, I'm very happy with my school!

Illustration courses are very free and you are generally free to choose your own form of work, and the school occasionally provides tutorials on software such as PS.

The school is in a good location, below the city centre, and the school is clean, but a bit dated
