My time here has been filled with friendly students, helpful and supportive staff, kind professors and interesting assignments I’m so happy to have gotten into this uni and really feel that very little could be improved upon.

Lots of contact time with teachers which is ideal for a language course, manageable but comfortably challenging coursework and fun and interesting lectures. The lecturers are helpful and kind.

The accommodation allocation system is shocking. I didn’t get a single one of my choices and not one person I’ve talked to has been allocated in their top three. It takes a lot of time to allocate meaning finding private accommodation is impossible once the system has let you down. No system for appeals and no system for exchanges is in place that I’m aware of. The accommodations are falling apart, however the team on reception has always been lovely and have done their absolute best to get things repaired as soon as notified. Always polite and helpful
