Would undoubtedly have been a '5', had the 'students as producers' ethos been implemented more readily. Research is the lifeblood of university and we don't get the chance to do any

It has been fun and exciting. Though very overwhelming. It has taken a lot of hard work but has been worth it so far. There are times when ive felt homesick, though ive made loads of friends here so its not too bad. I also go back home whenever i need to.
Facilities
How good are your university's facilities?
Very good. 24 hour library. Accommodation and matence are also 24 hour. Student wellbeing is easily accessible.
Student support
How good is the support offered by the uni? Think both academic (tutors/feedback) and personal (counselling, etc).
We have both a lecturer as a mentor and a student from their second year to help. Each lecturer has contact hours and they all respond to emails pretty quickly.
It is well sign posted about how to get help from places like finance, accommodation and student wellbeing though ive never used the service and so i cant comment any further.
Students' union
What do you think of your Students' Union in terms of student representation and facilities?
They represent the students well. And we have met our reps on multiple times, we see them around campus and get weekly emails that tell us what they have been up to.
Local life
Is your university in a good location in terms of distance to accommodation and local amenities?
Yes we are 10 minutes from a Morrisons, and only 15 minutes at most from the twom centre itself.
Societies and Sports
How would you rate the variety of societies/sports?
There is a good range. We have academic, sports and 'just for fun' societies, though they are welcome to all.

We are a small group (11 students) so our lectures are small. Though none of my other classmates speak so its left to me and the lecturer never says anything.
How many contact hours per week do you have?
10
Career prospects
How does your uni make efforts to increase your employability (careers department, work placements, transferable skills)?
We have a lincoln award which is based upon helping us become more employable. There is also a skills log that helps us keep track of our hours and progress in different areas. They also offer lots of talks and activities about employers as well as how to get employed.
