Its been good. There have been issues but the university has generally been good at solving these issues. It is very personalised and the lectures know you by name and not a number.

I have enjoyed my time at the University of Chester and I am very glad I picked it. The facilities around campus such as the library are very good for getting work done. However, the catering facilities and the student union could be improved. The gym on campus could also be increased in size and I would’ve joined that instead of having to travel further to private gyms. The lectures are beneficial and the support offered is very good.

The facilities are adequate for the uni, but as there are a lot of students, study space could be increased as well as the food available on campus. I would spend more money on campus if there was more food available here. The prices are good but they are not convince to. They should have a hot grab and go section.

The support is very good for being able to contact your PAT or dissertation supervisor whenever you need.

The Student Union isn’t great for activities or engaging students. They could improve a lot for nightouts and events there to get people to actually attend.

Yes the university is between the retail park and the centre of the city so it is a good location.

I don’t participate in any sports at uni.

I like the lecture rooms, however I wish I had more contact time and support with some modules.

The careers department is really good. We have had a lot of visits from a careers advisor in final year and we are able to book meetings with them whenever we require.
