My favourite module so far is Nation Identity and Power. The lecturers have high expectations of you and they expect a high standard of work. Although I love living in London, the cost of rent is high and travelling around the city can be difficult because of the transport network. The classrooms are too small for the size of our classes and the buildings are often very cold. If you are thinking about coming to UCL then definitely make sure you study and research before you arrive so you have a good knowledge of your subject beforehand. If you can, read some of the research papers of your future professors and begin to think about your dissertation topic (if you are applying for a postgraduate course).

Generally a good experience. The city life, union and accommodation could all be improved upon, as it is a London university i accept that its expensive but there should be more.
