So far, my overall experience has been enjoyable. I have learnt a lot and feel that i will continue to learn through each module. I enjoy the library resources and find myself spending a lot of time there to ensure that i complete my work to the best of my ability. I have also enjoyed taking part in student night life activities and getting to know other people.

The university facilities are great. Many buildings have been refurbished and upgraded to ensure that we have the correct computer systems and work space that we need to work to our best. Lecture and seminar room are also spacious with big white boards and screens so we can see clearly PowerPoints and notes that we need to help us. The library is a huge and has a great amount of resources needed to suit all subjects and students.

There is a large support range from lecturers, personal tutors and also from librarians who offer helps when writing assignments.

Our student is right in the heart of the town centre and is always hosting great events to suit a wide range of interests for all students. They also have reasonable prices for those who may struggle to attend certain events. It is a vibrant and attractive place that is appealing to all who attend and is somewhere that is highly spoke about throughout the majority of students.

City life is slowly starting to become more vibrant. Opening new bars, new shops, new restaurants and bowling alleys things to do are increasing as well as having the country side so close for those who enjoy the outdoors for activities such as walking, running and cycling.

There are a large range of clubs and societies to join and they are easy to access information for as they post on facebook and twitter and also hold events in the student union for students to go and ask questions to decide if it is the right thing for them.

I like how we are given a reading list and the order of what reading we need to do. This helps to make sure that the appropriate texts are read in time for certain lecture, ensuring that we get the best from our lessons.

They hold careers events regularly to give us chance to speak to people in different careers, giving us chance to get an insight to what career is best for us and for those who have decided on their career, it gives them the opportunity to speak to those already in that career. It also gives the skills needed to succeed in a persons chosen career.
