It's a great city and got good facilities but teaching particularly in my course could be improved

Are currently only in two days a week, this is linked to covid so will likely change next year. My course at the moment focuses heavily on computer software and presentation yet we are taught neither. To improve this we should have members of the Technology department or tutors which use the software heavily to really explain and teach us how to use them properly every week and give greater advice and feedback to make our portfolios better and more presentable. Should be more of a focus on design rather than presentation I feel.

I study at city campus so all the buildings are really close to each other and can get from A to B in minutes.

LBU is a great place to study especially for architecture as all the facilities are in the same building. Also, the tutors are always there to support you and push you to succeed. I think the cost of materials/printing would be nice if it can be reduced as with the current living crisis is quite a struggle to buy everything.

The cost of the accommodation is just too much for what it offers but also the room allocation has been not ideal and had to live with 4 flatmates that were partying all the time...
