The University of Suffolk is absolutely fantastic. The facilities are state of the art. We have access to a lot of specialist equipment in the psychology lab such as EEG caps. The student union has many events and always does a cracking job at making new students feel welcome. The support you can have is brilliant. We are all assigned an academic coach who goes through your entire journey with you. You can also get support from library staff and lecturers are only an email away. The only thing that could make the University better would be to have a cafeteria where students can buy a hot meal at student prices. There are food outlets on the waterfront but they are very expensive. Lastly, the waterfront location offers lovely views.

Our course in taught through block teaching. This stops students from feeling overwhelmed. The facilities are excellent, we get to use a range of equipment. The lecturers are so kind and offer 1 to 1 support if needed. There is a real team atmosphere in the psychology department.
