Student accommodation location is great, there is also lots of buses around which makes transport convenient. There is a lot of student support in the university too, from mental health to career support. Though the weather is quite weird, but the days when the skies are clear looks beautiful. I do hope that the student clubs are cheaper as I would like to join many club activities but they are just out of my budget. And the part time jobs I find doesn't fir to my time and my job related aspects

I would like to have some additional part-time job available for year 1 students, as they are very limited and run out quickly, i hope the university ca open up to more places for year 1 student. Using the mycareer internship prospect the lab researchers are almost open to graduates only, and its hard finding a job suitable for me. Maybe the university can set up a scientist share seminar where many scientist from different fields shared their experience and decision they make along the way, and what we are expected to do.

Very wide but walking to different parts of the University has many beautiful views. There are lots of diversity and the people in the university are quite kind. Though there are many homeless people wandering the streets showing malicious glare to passerby and people who are drunk always cause a scene, which makes me feel unsafe. There are may part-time work opportunities, but I haven't find one that suits me yet. There are many buses around and it makes travelling very convenient, however you would require to pay up to $1-2 depending the distance and line you take. The cost of living has rise due to inflation and it's quite expensive.

I really like the location, as its very close to the supermarkets and shopping mall( Cabot Circus). But there are always other residents sharing that silverfish pooping around the accommodation, and its getting quite a problem as I worry it might appear in my accommodation too. The water heater recently broke and many shared kettle and toaster are already too old to be used, but there website for complaint and change is very hard to use. In addition, outside my room the window area has a lots of drunk people and beggar's shouting and causing hectic scenes, so I fell quite scared because I am worry they could throw a brick through my window. ( as I live very close to the ground). But I love my room placements, though with so many things going malfunction time to time. Paying $180 per week seems a bit too much.
