Given the circumstances this year, this experience hasn’t been top notch but it’s not the fault of the university. Tutors have gone beyond the normal standard with online resources, virtual field trips, one to one zoom calls, and made face to face lectures possible and the most enjoyable when we’ve been able to. I cannot fault the department or the staff.

The University has extremely great facilites. The library is fab and always able to find a place to study with the option of silent areas. There are cafes all over the campus so you never need to worry about walking far for lunch! The labs for geology and engineering students are world class with incredible space and machinery available.

Given the circumstances this year, all my tutors have done an amazing job as maintaining high class teaching online, and blended when able. The univeristy is the place where I’m happiest and I’m grateful for all the opportunities it gives me’
