A really engaging course with plenty of learning resources and field experience. Very applied for the workplace. The campus is comfortable and a very lovely place to work. The outside student experience in penryn/falmouth is really unique, and I wouldn't want any other university experience. The only downside is that the transport to and from the university is very expensive and poorly run.

The highlights of the course is definitely the field trips and the month long abroad dissertation project i completed. The worst part of the course they have discontinued, which was surveying.

The rooms are large and work perfectly well. A little pricey, especially considering in the summer they rent them out to activity/school groups and such. The location is very good for the campus and has a nearby shop(asda). It is a pain to go on a night out though, as it takes an hour to walk, and the buses are inconsistent.

Best - location is ideal for my course since there is lots of accessible geology in Cornwall. Improvements - more student events could be organised by the SU

Best - very engaging and lecturers are very helpful. Improvement - some lecturers could give more guidance on exams
