Job Prospects

How does your uni make efforts to increase your employability (careers department, work placements, transferable skills)?

University is making several attempts to create plethora of job opportunities by setting up websites such UNITEMP, YOUFIRST as well arranging placement seminars from time to time aiding students to explore number of options and find ideal one for themselves.

Course and Lecturers

What do you like most and least about the way your course(s) are taught?

The most out of box way I found by how my course is conducted is the way I am being updated about the lectures and lab session schedules as well the way all the learning stuffs are listed and kept in one single roof of NTU workshop.

How many contact hours per week do you have?

Students' Union

What do you think of your Students' Union in terms of student representation and facilities?

I haven't got much involved with the student's union yet as its been a very short period since my arrival here but I am looking forward to explore it sooner.

How good are your university's facilities?

University has got excellent facilities in every terms right from infrastructure to teaching excellency.

Local life

Is your university in a good location in terms of distance to accommodation and local amenities?

City life is fantastic. As a student we have plenty of options for food, accommodation and public transport.

Societies and Sports

How would you rate the variety of societies/sports?

I am currently part of International students society, and its a wonderful experience to be part of this society which arranges fun and learning activities from time to time.

How good is the support offered by the uni? Think both academic (tutors/feedback) and personal (counselling, etc).

Tutor support has been excellent, they provide in-depth solution to our queries and their teaching techniques are phenomenal
