Cardiff is a lovely city and very friendly for LGBTQ+ students. There could be better funding for humanities facilities.

The course allows you to become familiar with many members of the faculty and explore a great deal of the ancient world. We get to look at varied areas, global issues, and unusual topics not explored in many other courses and universities. There is accessibility, with all lectures recorded for later viewing.

Mostly great, good amenities and laundry usually works, though is expensive. Silverfish are occasionally an issue.

Best aspects - good university where the lecturers care about students. Worst aspects - they never put the heating on in cafes and the library, so it is very cold to study in winter.

I liked most the location situated around all the other blocks and sports facilities. The bad thing, is they should have done room allocation with people of similar personalities, since my flat was horrible.
