I was not intending to study at Birmingham city university, however was the best decision I have made so far. The staff are very helpful especially the student representatives. I enjoy coming to the university as it's has a very friendly atmosphere. Recently I was struggling with a assignment and the university has a department to help you with essay writing, referencing and just general grammar and spelling checks.

Wifi is extremely fast. Library is always quite and help desks are allocated around the university. Tutors and lecturers are very friendly and easy to approach.

Lecturers, tutors, student representatives are very friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you need. Support is always available for work or personal life there is always someone to talk to, even if you want a quick natter.

Student union are always there to help (blue shirts) very friendly and easy to approach. They organise groups and activities just to make your university experience more fun other than studying all the time.

Birmingham is amazing with all the main shopping centre across the road. 4 miles alway from Birmingham City Centre. Train station 2 minutes away with access to endless shops. The city is very busy and has very friendly people.

Broad street famous for its night life is just 10 minutes away from the main site. Societies are easy and fun to join.

Very detailed. As someone who has studied BTEC at sixth form, I felt that I would not understand lectures and seminars, however the tutors and lecturers make topics easy to understand and always do problem questions just to gain your knowledge further.

The university always has opportunity for work experience and trips to gain knowledge in your chosen field. We also have a lecture on Tuesdays to help you become more successful.

Accommodation at the university is just around the corner from the main site. Very nice and airy, wifi at your finger tips.

I'm having a very good time at Birmingham city University. My favourite thing about the course is my lecturers. I like Birmingham city there is always good shopping here.
