Overall the university is a lovely place to be, especially if you are based at city campus as the business school has a lot of history and fantastic views! I loved that the teaching groups were small enough that you could have plenty of individual support and build a good friendship group. Tutors are well trained, knowledgeable and helpful. Facilities are varied and there is something for everyone, although the city campus is smaller so there isn’t as much of a student ‘hub’!

City campus doesn’t have as many facilities but there is a gym and cafe so you’re able to socialise with classmates easily

Counselling, one on ones and general well being support is available aswell as a gym

Good mix of in class and online learning, enough contact time with access to lecturers

Lots of career fairs, links with specific companies which got me my placement year

I have really enjoyed my time at university. I have enjoyed my course and the structure of the teaching I have received. The only thing I would change is being involved with a society and I think the university should do more to promote these to students in their first year.

The university facilities are good. I am aware of plans to bring in a student common room at the Worcester business school which is a good idea.

I have had good support from a number of the academic tutors at the university, especially regarding my business project. The personal support has also been really useful.

I have not had much contact with the student union but I am aware of the activities available there and how the students are represented. I think on the whole they are represented well and the students' union is good.

I live at home about 20 minutes from the university. I think the university is in a very good location with many local amenities and services nearby.

I am aware there is a large variety of societies or sports at the university however, I have not been actively encouraged to join any. I feel I have missed out on this as I am in my final year now.

I like the structure of teaching on my courses and there is a good balance of teaching content and seminar question practice which has helped with my exams. Sometimes there are errors in the solutions to these questions which makes revision difficult and frustrating at times.

The university actively encourages students to take advantage of employability enhancing activities organised by the university. I was able to achieve a placement and enjoyed my year of work, which significantly improved my employability.
