The people and facilities that are here to help you in all the ways possible, however there are some things that can be improved like the way some lecturers teach.

My course is taught in person, a lot of contact hours, plus offie hours if necessary

I highly recommend Uni accommodations. I stayed two years with my wife. Those two years were the best years of our life. Location, safety, scenery, nature, everything is perfect.
