The best is that university life at Abertay has been amazing, and I love every bit of it. The Student Support and Student Association have been of immense quality. They've helped so much. The lecturers have been great, friendly people who clearly love what they do and are loving teaching what they know, and so, I have come away from so many classes feeling confident with what I've learned and full of enjoyment for the subject. cafe has been a great place, cool and relaxed. The downsides are minimal. I remember Abertay has a wee shop similar to a local corner shop, it's a shame that's no longer about, it made a bigger difference than would be expected. without it, sure life is liveable, its not too big a deal but if it were here it would have a great impact. The gym is limited, love the choice of options you have with membership; second to none as far as I know, but it is a tiny gym. Sure regular gym goers would be far more vocal about this than ,e. I remember Abertay used to have a bar! guess these days a bar is not so essential, especially seen as we are right in town. but the old bar with American pool tables was great. its a real shame that the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Annie building aren't being used anymore. Or used by the highest bidder at most. Overall, Abertay has been amazing where it matters most. The other stuff would be preferable but is not essential.

personally not a fan of blended learning. face to face all the way. but even with the online lectures things are great. lecturers always have your back. feeling confident and enjoying the course

I have entered my second year directly from high school, and I guess it was a great experience and much better than I thought and what others told me about uni!
