The campus is brand new, with amazing, up-to date teaching facilities.
The teaching staff clearly enjoy their subject matter and the administrative staff work non stop to ensure that our classes/practicals run smoothly.
The campus is a long way out of the city, which makes it challenging to attend all lectures in person die to an hour bus journey either way.

The vet course is content heavy and the full-on nature of lectures/practicals reflects this - sometimes up to five lectures a day, five days a week. However, the teaching staff are excellent and clearly invested in the students' learning and progression. The lecturers are always available to chat with in-person or answer questions via email, and are happy to review answers/go over material with the students.

Amazing city to study in, with a vibrantly diverse range of cultures and people. Additionally, the university gyms/library's and cafes across the city are enormously beneficial within the student experience.
The city has numerous parks and is only a short bus ride away from local beaches and mountains - amazing for getting away with friends for the day.
The city has excellent public transport links to the rest of the country, and the international airport is also nearby.

University halls
What do you think about the safety, condition, location and cost of your accommodation?
As one of the cheapest student accommodation options available, the halls are excellently situated in the centre of Edinburgh,, right next to the hill (Arthur's Seat) and with close transport links, supermarkets and local shops.
The building is not particularly maintained, but the cleaning is regualr and effective.
