You might manage a garage that serves individual customers or a facility that maintains vehicles for commercial or industrial purposes.
You’ll use your engineering knowledge and business management skills to lead a team of mechanics, making sure jobs are done correctly and on budget. You’ll also manage the stock, finances and staffing of the facility. You might also need to engage with customers or carry out marketing activities in your role.
