A career in customer service could see you working across many different industries with the aim of making sure the organisation’s customers stay happy. You’re likely to be based in an office but could also be stationed at the front end of the business. You may also work out of a call centre, as a big part of your job could be phone-based.
Having direct contact with customers, you’ll use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage in dialogue with them and make sure that any queries or issues are resolved.
