Best experience is the lecturers and the environment of the university. The worst experience is so much delays on support sections. When we send any important email to our university it says we will reply in 1 week but it actually 3 months almost which is the worst part and also their IT and software has so many issues regarding timetable, attendance etc. thank you,

It’s a very open uni; accessible and available to anyone but could be improved with slightly more interesting events sometimes.

The literature faculty are brilliant. That’s all.
