All staff across the campus are friendly, approachable and welcoming. Lecturers are very knowledgeable and passionate about the topics they are delivering and they provide a high level of support. The Learning Support Service including the IT Team is also excellent with staff who are professional in their approach with an appropriate level of empathy. The campus is in easy reach of the town centre and transport links, however parking can be difficult at times. The only suggestion for improvements would be the internet provision with access to WI-FI difficult or non-existent in some areas and a limited amount of areas to work in a small group setting for presentations or debates.

Teaching is excellent with knowledgeable, experienced and professional staff who are passionate and committed to their teaching role. Staff go above and beyond with their teaching to ensure everyone benefits from the course and any additional short courses that are offered.

I personally believe that Wrexham University is the best university in overall facilities either it's about faculty, staff, library all over is best.

In Wrexham University overall facilities are fabulous. I recommend to everyone that come here and join this university.
