The best is the network of brilliant researchers throughout the world we get to meet at one place. The opportunities to travel and do quality research is just top-notch here. Few things that could be improved is that we do not have a centralised canteen system and what to eat for a lunch is indeed a big decision in itself on a daily basis.

We PhDs get a massive support from our supervisors. In general, the course is planned in such a way that regular contact with our professors have to be there. This ensures that the pace is maintained. Also, there are abundant opportunities to do teaching and get involved in other aspects of being a professor. I am quite happy with my professional development.
