I have really enjoyed my University experience. I have learnt a lot improved as a person here and genuinely made a overall change mentally and physically. Academically I have improved more than I thought possible and become more adept in my writing and oral skills. It’s a small place not always the most lively, but if you apply yourself and work hard it will be more rewarding than you’d have ever thought.

The gym is small and used by the locals but offers a good variety of equipment, size and and slight refurb would help the gym gain the students interest more. The Cafe is good but would defiantly benefit from being intergrated with the SU so the two became a major hub on campus. Halls are great and the library is too. Overall they both need a slight refurb and injection of money overall so that they can be up to the standard they are most of the time. Especially the library. They could also do with a injection of more sustainable options too!

The SU does its best for the campus Lampeter is. It’s unique and the SU is always trying its best the main question is how active are the student body in engaging most of the time.

Lampeter Campus is a bit cut off. Lampeter offers an all round decent level of shops. The buses are free on weekends which really helps but if you don’t drive then you’ll be lacking a way to get out and that’s really important for a good mentality. Carmarthen and Aberystwyth aren’t too far away and the shops we have are alright. Doctors is really close which is a blessing for a student body though.

The societies are a decent variety and the sports are all the basics. More than anything the main issue is student engagement with them all.

Most they’re enjoyable and topics I can enjoy and be in a calm and positive environment. Least group work it’s my degree and should not be based off of other people’s efforts. It’s not representative.

It allows me to work on time and handle pressure when block gets tough.

Cost is great for the country overall it is great , safety is pretty good there are issues with the locals at times and we could do with a tad bit more security per se, location on campus is amazing and very close to the lecture rooms and lecturers! Could do with more LED lighting for better energy and efficiency ratings.
