I absolutely love the campus, and there has been a lot of renovation on the buildings that have been much needed improvements. I really feel part of a community, and the university is very supportive and generous when it comes to extensions and life problems students may be facing (Particularly in the English Studies faculty). I have heard that the mental health facilities could be improved as it takes ages to access the help you may desperately require, and often they are simply referred to the NHS Mental Health lines.

I have loved being able to return to in-person classes, and don't think enough students have been appreciating or attending in-person teaching again. All my lecturers have been helpful and genuinely lovely people as well as knowledgeable in their respective fields. The lecturers often communicate well with each other, and definitely emphasis student feedback as important to themselves.

I loved being in halls, but your flatmates can really affect your opinions on halls. The room I stayed in was small but had everything I needed. Alexander Court is a little further out on campus than the rest of the accommodations, which lots of people complained about but I really liked the walk and scenery (when I wasn't carrying lots of shopping). This has been remedied in recent years as the uni link actually sometimes continues on to Ally Court.
