My overall experience with the university has been good, the admin team and communication slightly lacking and bringing the satisfaction down. However, the online learning has been received well and a lot of support has been provided for those studying from home.

Libraries and study rooms are well accessible with a good booking system in operation

During my interruption of study there was a lot of back and forth between myself and the university and questions were still left unanswered and wrong information provided from the admin teams however upon my return the teaching staff were very helpful in providing me with the correct information to proceed

Lecturers hold Q and A’s on teams for questions on the weekly online lecture content and are very supporting in answering our questions. Most lecturers respond to their emails in a reasonable time.
