The Uni is pretty good in terms of academics. Yeah, there will be lots of lectures, but you are here to study, and that should be your main aim. It is easy to get distracted from studies in other universities but not in Hull, as the nightlife and city life are just above avergae, so you will be concentrating more on studies and would be hanging out once in a while, and that would also make your outings enjoyable.

I feel Northumbria has helped me a great deal in increasing my confidence. Northumbria is more focussed on practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge. It has a lot of presentations, assignments and projects that focus on building the practical knowledge on how stuff works.There are exams but they usually comprise of around half of the module. Also, the great facilities in the University ensures that students are able to work whenever they want and are able to finish their work on time
