On the other hand, some potential challenges could include managing a heavy workload, adjusting to a new environment or feeling overwhelmed at times. The best aspects often include the opportunity to pursue a subject you're passionate about, engaging in intellectual discussions with professors and peers, and participating in various clubs, societies or sports teams. University can also be a time of personal growth, independence and self-discovery. However, it's important to acknowledge that university life can also have its challenges. Some common difficulties include managing a heavy workload, balancing academic and social commitments, feeling homesick or adjusting to a new environment, and dealing with the pressure to succeed academically. It's normal to experience stress or moments of uncertainty, but seeking support from university resources, such as counseling services or academic advisors, can be helpful in navigating these challenges. As a second year student in herts, the uni provides very much support to support who are international and nationals without any difference. I think it is hard for people to get right information and sometimes it's frustrating but still the University and student union in University is providing great help for students on enquiries and other problems on their wellbeing and mental support. They do provide support for job by various applications like handshake and careers and employability for cv and job interviews. The improvement personally l, the university on responding back for enquiries is quite lagging and could be wrong information as well in regard of the topic. But still, the university is well known on having sub groups like SIT team and Case Team in avoiding confusion and help people more easily.

The course is mostly in class and they are very theoretical and I think adding more practical even though it's business, it helps the student increase in interest in studies. The professors have been really good and informative.
