Basically the classes are very well structured mean on how many students in each class we are not over crowded. All students from the same year as us wo started the same class got in different timing to not make a class over crowded so everyone can study better and understand.

The course is taught in class and one day online the hours on the first year were different but after we speaking with the lecturers they managed and this year they’ve made a better and suitable classes timings.

All staff have been amazing throughout the course, the support you get is one in a million that I don’t think you would receive at another university- as the cohort is small it gives you a great opportunity for everyone to be invloved and speak to the lecturers. The uni offers a lot of workshops which is really useful for writing and referencing this will be something I will be using when I finish my placement block. The campus is always really clean and welcoming with lots to do and see near the library where people come in for fundraisers and give you the opportunity to speak to them and ask any questions included a range of people from the job roles I will be going into this was a great insight to the job role I will be doing and provided opportunities for myself and others to be involved with the sector before qualifying. The only issue I had was the re-enrolment as I originally started in 2021 I had a lot of problems and miss communication to start the year after which has delayed my course although I feel this was due to a member of staff that is no longer there, however I did have to chase a lot of issues myself in regards to being enrolled and student finance but all the staff I spoke to due to this was really helpful and always pointed me in the right direction- the paramedic team of staff have been the ones to push this for me and I couldn’t thank them all enough as I probably would have struggled to begin with cohort without their support. Overall I would recommend the uni to anyone wanting to join especially the paramedic team!

The course is really well spread out over the year without overloading you with too much information there is time for independent study and the lecturers are always happy to redo an area with you and answer any questions you have. The staff are so lovely and easily approachable I’ve enjoyed the course so far and the preparation for placement has been amazing.
