It has great facilities and a bright lit atmosphere at the university. There are loads of events throughout the year and I like that the diversity on campus. It also allows students to network and improve their skills for future jobs through workshops both online and in person. The only thing I would improve is having more variety in food shops and more cultural events.

The overall course of law is very informative and has a great range of modules that will help us understand and apply the law in real life situations. The course being taught in person is very good, the only thing I didn’t like was seminars as if a student isn’t able to come to class due to whatever circumstances the class isn’t recorded so they can’t catch up with the work. The law tutorials are very helpful with looking and digesting the topics in the modules. The only thing I would recommend for the law course is to make subjects like civil dispute resolution essential as a module as I believe it would help law students understand what to expect when they go to further their law careers after university. I also believe modules like CDR, should be implemented because I believe having modules that will give us a look into what a solicitor,barrister or paralegal is definitely beneficial. I also think there should be more workshops/job opportunities/ completions/debates for law students to help them engage with each other and hone legal skills.

The rooms on Colchester campus was very nice and worth the money. The management of the property was also very good. My only problem with the university halls was the WiFi, the WiFi connections are terrible and sometimes they would cut out when some of us had deadlines or important meetings which was inconvenient

Could be better if the fee wasn’t that high.

The course is tight very well.
