Uni of Essex offers great opportunities and most Staff are very helpful and supportive. The students union and communications between student reps need to improve, is complaints and concerns don’t really get passed on or dealt with.

As the building is new it has a nice aesthetic to it however when applying for next year’s accommodation I took into consideration the distance from the actual campus and decide to change where I will be staying. The doors always break, allowing anyone to have access. The Hobs often cut out and a few doors are not able to be locked from the inside even after raising the concern.

Studies are good, great support in different areas, facilities above average, location a bit boring, lecturers (some) not too good but overall it’s okay.

Online taught courses perfect, in-class not too good because some lecturers are bad at teaching, course content are self explanatory, lectures response to email is very good, overall it’s a good experience
