Great university, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lecturers are very knowledge and supportive.

Great course modules are informative and have learnt a lot in the short time I have been on the course.

Derby is a nice town, with great transport links.

the university is perfect for me, it is close to home but still i didn't have to compromise on anything that i wanted or needed when looking for a suitable university. i have a mental health disability and the university have been very accommodating and supporting in ensuring i feel comfortable and safe on campus as well as supporting me in my work which can also be a struggle sometimes

we have plenty of in class time and a good amount of at home learning, we also have extra lesson time to stay behind and ask any questions and get any support we need.
